PCI or PCI-E on my motherboard: details attached

Hello Guys,
I have the following PC:
Manufacturer : Packard Bell BV
Product : PT890-8237A
it came with NO parallel and serial port. I bought months ago a parallel PCI-E port which works fine. I have to buy now a serial Port but don't know if the remaining two white slots are PCI compliant or PCI-E.
from PC wizard those are the main characteristics:

The two remaining slots are white and i am not sure if they pci or PCI-Express. any help please and which version of PCI/PCI-Express i do have to install a serial Port.
