DG33BU & Q9550 Install Experience

I dropped a Q9550 in my DG33BU.
Upon first boot I went into BIOS and checked bus speed etc, and did an Exit / Save.
My machine would not Warm Boot.
Shut it down and did a Cold Boot into Windows.
Tried a Restart from Windows and again it would not Warm Boot.
On a hunch, I Re-flashed my Bios and that fixed the problem.
I was running the latest Bios, but I guess some Bit must of gotten corrupt.
Anyway, I wanted to share this fix in case anybody else has this problem.
