Pro875B problems

anyone else have one of these boards?
the DFI LanParty Pro875B Rev.B S478 boards... does anyone else have the same problem as me?
when i go over 1.525vcore, it drops down to 1.1vcore! and if i put it to max (1.9 i think) it comes back up to 1.525.....meaning i can only use a max of 1.525 on the board....which means no more 4.5ghz
am i the only one with this problem?
