Bios Upgrade

I always read about people upgrading there bios most of the time they end up having a problem doing so, well here is my problem built new system with a P5P800SE Asus mobo and upgraded the bios right after xp install ,now I see there is a new version of bios, do I upgrade or not, everything is working fine very stable and oc'ed 10 percent. This build is the first time I have every upgraded to a new version of bios so that is why I am asking should I install the newest version.

id say if everything is working fine, leave it how it is... just imho

That has always been my way of handling it also, so I am going to leave it alone to avoid any problems thanks.
