I need help to build a new rig!

Based on Pentium D 930 dual core, with an BFG geForce 7600 GT OC
this rig needs an proper mobo/DDR2 .
I have 2 proposal below on the same price:

Gigabyte 8N-SLI PRO
Asus P5LD2

Which is better?
I accept new proposal, but not very expensive...

About the case/psu , Antec TX 1050B/SP 500W is good enough?

Thanks!

the only Conroe Complaint motherboard is Intels Bad Axe. Other than that there are no Conroe Complaint boards. Depending on what you want to spend the Asus P5WD2-E Premium or P5WD2-Premium are both the overclockers board of choice. But the P5DL2 is a great board, I had one, I just sold the rig in my sig.

Not so much!Intel D975XBXLKR is too pricey for me!And the others too!
P5LD2 is at a bargain, but it works with the Pentium D 9XX ?And what is the recommended memory for it?
Antec TX 1050 B /500W PSU is good enough for this config?
Only 1 HDD,1 optical drive ,1 burner and 1 GeForce 7600GT
Or is better a Tagan 480W PSU?

Thanks

If the PSU is an antec, you'll be fine. Tagan is a good psu too. You'll have no problem powering either. Yes the p5Dl2 will work, but not out of the box. You'll have to flash the bios. As for memory, depends what you want to spend.

Reasonable price.Something good but not very expensive. And can you tell me if is better to spend more for an P5LD2 Deluxe? It be worth one's while?
I mean features, performances and so on...
The Antec SLK 3000 B case is without psu,but I'll grab the Tagan for it.
The Antec Tx 1050 B is whit Antec Smart Power 500W PSU.

Which is better?

Thanks!

I have the SLK3000B and its a great case only thing is a lot of screwing for drives with rubber gromets on them and the cd-roms have drive rails to install and to remove the front of case pull bottom off first and then pull down to get the top clips off or up not sure but it is a cool running case have a P-D 945 oc to 3.74 with the Zalman 9500 and two 120 fans mobo stays around 28c and the cpu runs even cooler at idle right now using Vista its ar 19c just surfing good luck with your case choices.
