Shuttle SB77G5

Ok, so slakinator bought that Shuttle SB77G5 from Dragon_Cooler. Issue is it wont start up.

I've tried diff HDD's gfx cards, RAM. In addition i've tried clearing CMOS (used the button, jumper and battery)

Still wont boot. fans turn, it lights up, nothing on the screen. Any ideas?
