inspiron 640m motherboard

my brother has a dell inspiron 640m laptop which apparently has integrated graphics. from what we understand it cant be upgraded. we were wondering if it is possible to put in a new motherboard altogether. any thoughts on this ?

seeing its dell, it might be a propriatary part... :\ but then again u can get one of the ASUS barebones, and pop ur proc and ram in. it'd be about the same deal but no more ugly dell logo

but is there no way to just change the motherboard on the laptop so a better video card could be implemented ?
