Need help,P5b-E Plus or the P5N-E

My system spec for my new rig is:

Core 2 Duo E6300 Conroe
(2x512MB) 600mhz RAM
Seagate 250GB SataII
eVGA GeForce 8800 GTS video card

I was going to get the P5b-E plus but after reading the review for the P5N-E Sli, i'm not so sure anymore.

need some help deciding which one to get, would like to know ur opinon

Plus is not available in the US, only the regular E. The P5N is a better board, if you have memory that can take advantage of it.

Memory must be Micron D9 or your not gonna be able to take advantage ofit. If you don't have it, then either board will do
