Intel D975Xbx2 No Display

Intel D975Xbx2 No Display
i just built my computer and it boots up fine everything seems running however i dont get any display. here are my specs
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600
Video Card: ATI Radeon x1300
HD: 80GB Sata
Ram: 1gb PC 3200
Mobo: Intel Desktop Board D975XBX2
PSU: 600w
i have used another video card and still no display i also switched the PSU and still no display. any ideas on what it might be? i have the retail box set btw

By that I take it that you mean you hear everthing powering up, but never see video.i just built my computer and it boots up fine everything seems running however i dont get any display
Ummmm... PC3200? I'm assuming that's a mistake...Ram: 1gb PC 3200
