I whant to use a core 2 duo cpu and i whant to use the following hardware with it:-

Thanks in Advance

Not too sure on the P5N32-E SLI as the one I have was DOA and I never bothered asking for a new one. As for the 680i the eVGA, BFG Tech and ECS models are all exactly the same and are all decent now that new BIOS versions have come out to fix a number of issues the board first launched with. LR has all three brands and they are all good boards... That's what I used to reach 1333MHz at 5-5-5-15 timings.sati wrote:How about the P5N32-E SLI? Is that a good MB and will it work with my ram?
Also the only 680i MB i found that can run RAM at 1200mz is the EVGA 122-CK-NF68 NF680i SLi , do you know if this is any good?
Money is no object?sati wrote:I hope you guys can help me chose a new motherboard.

I have a P5N32-E SLI, and let me tell you, that is one nice board.. if the RAM will work. I am using OCZ platinum edition revision 1 PC6400, I got it up to 900mhz, and trimmed down the latency a bit too. I also got my E6400 up to 3.5 ghz. Only trouble is that these mobo's seem to like certain "sweet spots" for example, it can over clock to 3.5 ghz, but not really to 3.4 ghz. Or it will come very close to working at 3.8, but won't even come close to working at 3.6-3.7.sati wrote:How about the P5N32-E SLI? Is that a good MB and will it work with my ram?
