Overclocking E4300 with D975XBX2

I'm having problems reaching a higher FSB than 265 Mhz. Exactly at 266 (or above), it will not POST anymore. It seams like a magic wall :(

My Specs:
Board: Intel D975XBX2
Bios: 2507
CPU: Intel E4300 (1.8Ghz, 2MB L2)
RAM: Kingston KVR800D2E5K2/2G (2x 1GB DDR2-800, ECC)

Ram settings:
Mem reference freq: 266
Mem freq: 667
Mem timings: 5-5-5-16 (default)
Mem voltage: 1.84V (default)
Setting Mem freq to 800 works also, no problem there, i just wanted to give it a little room.

CPU-Settings:
CPU Voltage: 1.325V (default)
Enhanced power slope: disabled (enabling does not help)
FSB Voltage: 1.250 (default)
MHC/ICH Voltage: 1.525 (default)
Multiplicator: 9 (default, cannot be changed, not even down?)
FSB: 265

Misc-Settings:
Bus-override settings left at default
EIST enabled (disable did not make a difference)

This results in a cpu speed of 2385 Mhz. As I said, as soon as i hit 266 FSB, it won't POST anymore. At this speed, I can even lower the CPU voltage to 1.300V, Prime95 runs without problems. At these "low" speeds, increasing the voltage should not be necessary, i guess. I tried upping the cpu voltage a bit, but, no luck there.

Anyone else having a E4300 with better luck? Am I missing something?[/b]

Dear Bullet

It simple, turno off computer, put the bios jumper to the another position and turn on. Now go to maintenance mode ande disable watchdog.
The watchdog blocks the post
