I don't know whether to turn this off or leave it on. Why do I need this watchdog? I have enough trouble taking care of my own dog.

As far as I can tell (and from all I’ve read) Watchdog enabled allows you to return to bios on a failed boot after OC attempt.
Pros: If you disable it you will find it is easier to OC for the most part.
Cons: If you disable it and OC fails, you have to move POST jumper and boot to change settings then reboot.
My experience has been that with Watchdog enabled OCing was more difficult. System was very picky on when it would and wouldn’t boot, but with Watchdog disabled same settings worked most of the time.
