Issue with a pentium 2

Well, its a Seanix TCO Series with a pentium 2 for mobo. I wish I could give you guys a little bit more info but I seem to have problems keeping it on.
The computer after a few minutes on and sometimes every other second reboots, no warning nothing, just blam reboot.
So this is what I have done.
I have tested the power supply with a power supply tester, I left it on for 10minutes and the LED"s never turned off, the power supply seems to be working fine.
the HDD cables also have no power loss.
I wanted to run a memtest but I cant keep it on long enough, I have removed the ram stick by stick to see if it isnt a bad slot or ram stick. no luck.
What other test could I run, I am not sure but it seems like it might be a mobo problem, (cracked or maybe a spark, bad hit..) not sure though. Let me know if anyone has any test ideas befor I declare it scraps.
Merci!
P.S. If i can get it to run a little longer I will try and get some more info since their seems to be no info on the mobo itself.
