First Pcmark05 Benchmarks.

10700.. Not bad I suppose.
http://service.futuremark.com/compare?pcm05=1543353

Im still trying to figure out the best Speed to run this Pc8500 Mushin Ram at.

It will do 1100MHz.. Trouble is.. thats not a 1:1 Ratio, due to my FSB speed being heat limited to somewhere around 520MHz, Go Go Air Cooling.

Im also beginning to wonder if it would be more efficent for my to only run 1x2gb Stick of this ram, instead of the 2x2gb..
Model 996599
If anyone wants to look it up.

Im thinking about dropping the speed down to somewhere around 400+ mhz, and running it Underclocked with some sexy timings.. :-k

You'll get the best performance from having the FSB at or around 400MHz, Memory on the 333 Ref Divider and @ ~1GHz with 4-4-4-12 timings, Then lowering the memory performace level to get "TRD" to 5.
If you go for very high FSB then you'll loosen the TRD timings too much and loose any benefit from it, not to mention the extra heat and stress.

Add the Q6600 to your cart, it is still $199.99. I don't know if you are outside of the US or not, but can anyone else confirm this? I just went to the website and took this screenshot 30 seconds ago.

Bah, im having fun with the E8400..

I got a 11594 PCmark05 Score today.. http://service.futuremark.com/compare?pcm05=1547139

I'd Probably see higher scores with Vista Ultimate 64bit..

But Meh..

That Bench was done with 802/2010/1100 GPU Clocks.

and my Ram was at 5/4/4/12 2T 467Mhz 1:1
