Verdict over in Finland hit 5.5GHz with the help of some dry ice!

CO2 cooling

Didn't Fugger get his Intel 6x0 series to over 7ghz?

Yeah, Fugger got his to 7.2, but it only booted into BIOS, he could bench
well over 6ghz though.

that superPi is amazing! is there anywhere that we can see the comparison
of intel CPU speed and superPi scores? I have a feeling that it's not a linear
progression related to clock speed.

Considering I'm a newb to OC'ing, that is the sickest thing I've even seen. 5.5 on dry ice???? Jeez, mindblowing :shock:

I would never imagine that is possible.
Yo, u should put a pattent on that!

You could make alot of money building more of thos and selling them or using a patent so that companies make more of this and you get a percentage.

God knows, you might be the next bill gates. lol

Holy cow! That's incredible!

I could just see me building one of those and giving it to my son. He think it was another one of Dad's projects gone bad! #-o lol

looks like the japanese guy put his mother board in a freeze and custom made a cpu cooler that uses liquid Nitrogen or liquid Oxygen. this way it is frozen ice. lol :toimonster:
