But looking it over it seems like If you have the B model, you got quad core support, but then its only listing Q6600 which is still a solid processor, but you would probably have to get it off Ebay or something.
If you dont have the B model, then really all you can do is try and find the old E6700, which is just a 200mhz clock speed boost if I recall correctly; which I am betting you wont even really notice.
If it was me, I would continue saving until I could buy a new pc, or replace the mobo and cpu both.
