Go into the BIOS and raise the FSB 5 at a time (i.e. 200 -> 205) then check for stability. Eventually you will run out of voltage or cooling and the system will become unstable. If you hit a brick wall and your temperatures are fine then add another 0.05 volts to the VCore and continue with testing. Once you get instability back your FSB back 2 (i.e. 205 -> 203) and check for stability. There is no exact science to this so you might be tweaking and optimizing for an entire day. Also acclimate yourself with the clear CMOS jumper. If you go too far and the computer will not even POST you will need to reset the CMOS via the jumper.

I see you have ClockGen running in your screenshot. That is a good way to play with the overclock of the computer via Windows. Usually too if you go too far in Windows with ClockGen you will just need to press the reset button and don't have to mess with the clear CMOS jumper.

Either way, once you find your overclock (i.e. 235Mhz FSB) set it to that in the BIOS and skip the ClockGen auto apply on Windows startup option.
