darn lol I already took the CPU off and cleaned it up. Isn't it enough that it stayed on with no CPU and all 3 mem sticks?

would you rather be sure? If it is the memory and you rma the cpu you wasted time. It is best to exhaust all options b4 you send more stuff back. If you can get post codes errors without memory try putting 1 stick in. I was working on a buddies older rig today and it would boot with 1 or 2 sticks but not 3.
