I know 801 didn't support it... You're going back to the summer of 2006 here though, so it's not fresh in my memory. If you ask ASUS officially only 1403 and higher are suggested, but you can get away with 1402, 1401... no matter what update your BIOS.1 Fixed EIST select item is disappeared if used Conroe1066 QPHV 2.93G CPU set ratio to 6X issue.
2 Fixed Kentsfield L2 cache show error issue.
3 Fixed no detect JMicron HDD in Windows XP install screen.
4 Fixed cna't enter crashfree screen when interrupt EZ Flash 2 update bios issue
5 Fixed JMicron JMB36X controller shows with yellow bang in device manager issue
