hi,
does intel's p4 630 processor which supports EM64T intel's technology will run 32bit software as 64bit one like amd's processors do?

Welcome to the forums, yes it will run either 32bit or 64bit programs, you will need to have windows xp 64 to run the 64bit programs though.
