I don't have one around to check, but I would think they did, so that they would know when to throttle due to overheating.
Now if you can find a program that can read those sensors is a different question.
I know that you are probably just trying to get them in good habits, but a PIII wont really be limited by temps, even if you are overclocking it

i doubt they have one that can be monitored by the user, as the P4 doesn't even have that ability

My P4 machine had a temp sensor >_>
Though it's possible it might just have been a motherboard one.
