could anyone tell me what is the highest voltage for a 3.2E socket478 (default:1.385V) before sustaining damage?

I have a asus star Ice blue. right now my 3.2E is @ 3.71ghz (1.44V). 41C idle and 56C heavy load. case temp. is 30C. I read in some forum that going over 1.5V would be fatal. is that true?

on air 1.5-1.6 is pushing it, water not so, and under ice/phase/pelt not at all people have pushed near 2v under extreme cooling.

so its up to the temperature not core limitation. thanks for the info.
