Subject says it all... In 32bit I can boot up with pelt/watercooling combo at 5.6+GHz. But in 64bit it hangs up any time I try to go over 4.066GHz. Anyone know what could be causing this? Or at least guide me in the right direction? Overclocking the FSB using a 14 mult I can get to 300+MHz on the FSB in 64bit but when trying to go for CPU overclock I get nowhere quick. Spec's for current setup are in my sig.

I had the same problem with my Celeron x64. I've heard of a lot of people having the exact problem as well. I think it's just x64..

It's prob the 64bit drivers in your system....64bit OS is still new and drivers have still to mature! (alot are still unstable)
32bit is the only way to go for now.....mayby next year drivers will be on-par with 32bit..
