I was wondering if this processor supports windows vista ultimate 64bit or 32bit
I couldn't find info on that haha

all of intels C2D's that are out now are 64bit by EM64T instructions. you wont have any trouble with xp-64/vista-64running on that cpu.

cored 2 duo 64bit
