im looking at water cooling my next rig. ive been looking around and was wandering which is better.

swiftech, unless you have the money to spend on thermochill (they only make rads any way)
heres what i would reccomend for a good lcs:
d-tek fuzion cpu block
swiftech 2x120mm rad
swiftech mcp 655 pump
swiftech micro res
all connected with 1/2 tubing
and if you want to cool more:
swiftech mcw 30 chipset block
swiftech mcw 60 gpu block

martini's suggestions are pretty much spot on.

Can you give us a list of what this system will be cooling please (to know if we should suggest a bigger radiator, or something).

well i just wanted to know bout which radiator was best for now. the MM case i am ordering comes with the mounts alrdy in. its just that thermochill is one and dd & swiftech is another mount. just wanted to know if thermochill was good cuz they wont have the dd/swiftech mount in for a few weeks.

it depends, is low noise a big factor? if not, its not worth it to buy a thermochill
and u might wanna pm bio, hes the most knowledge able about this stuff

no noise aint a factor. hell ima have 9 120mm and 4 80mm fans on this thing. but thanks ill msg him and ask him bout it.

yeah then get a swiftech. the thermaltakes only get about a 10% increase over the swiftechs in high airflow situation, but in low airflow, low noise is where they shine and get a 40% increase. and if you havent already, check out his monster rig thread in the modding section

The Thermochill PA120.3 is the best RAD out there, the only problem is it's very expensive if your from the states (They're made in the UK)

The performance difference between the Thermochill radiator and the other big name companies starts to equal out as the air flow through the radiator increases (as well as noise levels). So when you start getting close to 100CFM per fan, a Thermochill PA 120.3 and a Swiftech MCR320 (yes I own and tested both) are fairly close performance wise.

The Thermochill does have a much higher build and overall finish quality than any other radiator I have owned to date, the things are built like a tank, it's just a much higher quality product over all, but at extremely high air flow settings, you really won't notice any big difference in performance over any of the other name brands.
