Re: New Lightsmark 2007 OpenGL Benchmark
Yes they do, more than you think. Look at the clocks of your card and CPU, lots lower than mine and you're still scoring about the same as me, that's where you're CPU is coming into play................

Re: New Lightsmark 2007 OpenGL Benchmark
Yes, they absolutely do. My son has the same components that I do except he has a Q6600 and I have an E6750. He scores nearly 4,000 more than I do.martini161 wrote:i get around what bio gets in 3dmark 06, with my quad, so i dont think procesors come into play as much as you may think

New hardware calls for new benches!
Upgraded from my 7800GT to an 8800GTS 512 and these are my results
Much better than my whopping 69.0 fps I managed on the old card!

Re: New Lightsmark 2007 OpenGL Benchmark
Oh I wish! My motherboard doesn't currently support the quads I would want: the 45nm ones :/
I've just gotta be happy with what I have for now until the time way off in the future that I'll be able to make some major upgrades

Hit the print screen key, open up paint, edit >paste, then crop and save.
