well the max it is rated for is 667 on the packaging but it seems to be stable so far... I am actually very suprised i only got this ram because it was either get two 1 gig sticks of some flashy ram for $110 each or get these two at $44 each cos they where on special, i standby my decision because they seem to be fine. Is it better for me to keep it at this for the moment to see if it is stable and if it is continually run it at this? Or should i put it back?

And this motherboard supports the FSB at 1333mhz by overclocking, but before i didnt have this problem.

You should use a memtest program to check if the RAM is stable at those settings.

Either burn memtest86+ to a cd and run it, a couple of passes error free is a quick test method, but ideally you need to leave it overnight to make sure it is 100% stable. Or try this memtest from within windows, I don't rate it as much as memtest86+ though as it can't access the RAM currently in use by windows etc, so leaves a large portion untested. But will suffice for a quick stability check.

I hate my ipod, its a new generation ipod shuffle, i just installed itunes and put my ipod on tehn restarted my pc, it wouldnt even post, it got to teh part where is said Memory T, i took out the ram (thinking it might be dead form the MHZ clocks) put it back in and still nothing i was about to give up until i saw the ipod sitting there connected, i unplugged my ipod and the first time i tried it turned on...

Now i have had to set the bios back up because i cleared the cmos, and my ram timings are back at 333Mhz Atleast i know now if i overclock the ram can work until it gets to 416Mhz

Haha, I've done the ipod connected won't post thing before. Though interestingly it only does it on certain motherboards.

Basically as well as your motherboard can pump up the FSB :P

Ideally keep it under 60. Its rated for something like 70. But it won't be doing the CPU much good to be that high under load.

well with a bus speed 340 it will post and boot into windows but as soon as i take it anywhere near 348 or anything like it, i posts says everything is all right but doesnt reconise my Sata hard drives.. Looks like the board is maxed out with a FSB of 1333Mhz

Sounds like it's not locking the PCI clock automatically. There might be a setting somewhere to set it to 33Mhz, otherwise I wouldn't overclock over that 333FSB or you'll start having trouble with everything on the PCI bus.
