I start from this BIOS settings

1 - How do you define stable? What did you run to deem it stable at 345? For how long?
2 - If it truly was stable at 345, then kick the cpu voltage up a notch and it should be fine.
3 - Are you sure the Dram voltage is 1.6? 1.8 is normally the lowest for most ram modules.

BTW showing the stock bios settings isn't real helpful. Please show your adjusted bios settings applied to the overclock in question.

1. Read the guide stickied at the top of this forum
this is ddr3 mem, not ddr2, so 1.6 is fine. as for your problem, up the volts a bit. and could you edit your post to only include the following options: CPU FSB, cpu voltage, cpu multi ram speed volts and timings, and c1e and that crap, we really dont need the rest of it

These aren't stock bios settings but I have done by myself, then I start to up FSB frequence leaving the other as posted.

Not to jack the thread or any thing but, what is the FSB strap to North Bridge, what does it do, and if I've got the FSB running at 333 what should I have it set to?

Dang after 10 years of AMD I feel like a noob again.
