Power supply or memory would be my guess, download UBCD and run Memtest86 from the cd drive, while your in UBCD run the CPU tests and HD tests. I'd run each test about an hour. See if you get any errors there.

550 rosewell PS -from reviews i have read this isnt a very good power supply. If I was a betting man, I would say this is your problem.

ok o far ive tryed the mem ,cpu, and hd test and it past i tryed a different ps which was a 600 watt but it didnt hav a pci exp plug so i bought a pigtail http://www.cablestogo.com/product.asp?c ... &sku=35522 so i could use this ps for a test.. im not overclecken anything either.. this is very puzzeling to me.. i can sometimes run my vid card stress test and sometimes i cant , and somtimes i can game and sometimes i cant. if i run the vid card stress test and it dont work my pc locks up with no mouse control and i cant get the pc to comeback unless i hardboot it.and the same when im gameing just as im about to finish loading into a server sometimes (most of the time) it will lock up just as im about to actually join in.. almost ready t take the pc out for some target practiceing!!!
