For a mere $90 you can pick up a Gigabyte P35 DS3L that would allow a very nice overclock with your chip.

Ahhh bummer...
I have a 320Gb HD and after several months I still have 270Gb free space. But then again, I'm not into collecting music or video files.
What in the world are you guys storing?

*puts on mod hat*
Guys, you're teetering on the edge of legalities here, so keep it all above board please.
*takes mod hat off*

Re: Gigabyte GA-945GCM S2L
Do you tried to inrease the memory voltage?
I think its your memory is your problem, freezes are often signs of memory problems.
more voltage --> more mhz
