I have a question. I have a q6600 on a asus maximus formula stable at 3.2. I had it stable at 3.2 with a vcore @ 1.4625v, under prime95 the temps would be sitting at 42-43 degrees celcius. I enabled loadline calibration and was able to drop my vcore to 1.3812 stable for 10 hours of prime but my temps where at 44-45. What would the better set-up be? I know the temps are still fine and the voltage is safe, but I have found articles saying llc is fine and some say it is bad.
Thanks
Stollie
with the llc enabled i set my vcore to 1.3812 and cpuz shows it at 1.368
to get that same voltage under load w/o llc i set the vcore at 1.4625 both are stable for 10+ hours of prime
