That's freaking awesome!!
I made a mini rail gun out of aluminum foil, button magnets and a car battery when I was like nine...no fireball but some nice sparks and actually went faster than I thought it would

That's interesting, but really, what's the point? I don't see the necessity of these weapons

Well of course you don't. It may have something to do with the fact that you are from Berkeley, CA.yurchie wrote:That's interesting, but really, what's the point? I don't see the necessity of these weapons

Haha, come on now, be niceDreamcrusher wrote:Well of course you don't. It may have something to do with the fact that you are from Berkeley, CA.

I believe these types of things could be called 'peacekeepers'...not to mention the lives of troops they can save by taking out enemies quickly and efficiently. While it would be nice if there were no wars, that is just not possible...

Ok, back of subject. It's amazing how much flame is produced from just friction and fragments. No explosives or propellants used.
All that and a 200 mile range. Just amazing.
When I was in we had just got the Phalanx CIWS system or as we called it...the SeeWiz. I was on board the day it was installed and was just in awe of it tracking ability and the number of rounds it spewed.

That would be scary as hell knowing that your enemy has that.
