I was in Chicago on a college trip, and we ate at a really fancy restaraunt called 310. It is in the loop, but I can't remember what street.

You could also get reservations in the Hancock building. There is a nice restaraunt on the top floor, and they have a great view. You can expect to pay $40+ per person for dinner, and that is the least expensive dinner.

At night, we just walked around the city and found some bars. There are some real holes in the wall, but most of them have live music on the weekends. These bars are frequently open until 4am.

The last time I was in Chicago was in the 80's. I will never forget the club called Mothers. Don't know if it is still there.

He said no strip clubs.

Haha, I can't tell if this is a stripclub or not. I guess it could be called stretch marks too.

what type of late night spots are you looking for? Dance clubs, biker bars, goth spots, chicago has them all. let me know i got some buddies at work that hit alot of late night spots. If you can narrow it down abit i can be more help. Personally i avoid the city to many f'ing peeps, but if its your thing, more power to ya 8)

As for eats, I would hit Al's beef or Portillos, Lou Malnati's pizzaria, Maxwell street. Those are some of the places chicago is famous for (and ill personally vouch for them damn good food.) Most of the little cafe's are damn good too.

Is that the pizzaria that lets you write all over the wall?
