I wouldn't say out dated in a year... Look at the 8800 GTX... Came out in 2006 and I didn't call it out dated till June 2008.

and even now its just barely outdated. it was a great buy and completly worth it when it came out back in 06

im just being cautious after what they did to the 9800GX2, cuz that's just messed up. People don;t like it when they pay $600+ for the top graphics card only ro find out 3 months later there's a better one.
