I got tired of the CoolIt Eliminator grinding away, so bubba brought over a ZEROtherm Nirvana NV120 CPU Cooler for me to try out on the office PC.
I started out with this 24/7, which got annoying after a few weeks of constant grinding - - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EQSE4VL3YqI
I pulled out the 680i SLI motherboard and noticed the ZEROtherm Nirvana NV120 CPU Cooler couldn't be installed with the fan blowing air out of the rear of the case as the side of the heat sink hit the chipset heat sink. No big deal! I rotated the heat sink 90 degrees, so the hot air went up and out the top two 120mm case fans. Nothing made contact, so I installed everything in the case and snapped in the removable fan... $(#%^%$@&* Wouldn't you know the fan makes contact with the north bridge now!
Ticked off and not wanting to put the CoolIT Eliminator back on I used two twist ties and a zip tie to rig something together. It lifts the top of the heavy heat sink up by a couple mm and that is enough for the fan blades to clear the chipset heat sink.... This is temp, but I thought you guys would get a laugh out of it.

Ghetto Mods for the win!
Use a ziptie and this could be a permanent feature!

That is awesome.
You move north.
It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.
