what must i check before buying a new MB?
i need to check for these things to fit:
CPU
RAM
GFX card
Sound card/Network card
was there anything else ;)?

A power supply that can handle everything you put in your case. Make sure to get one that can handle upgrades down the road. I would start at 750w. If you plan on oc. then a good aftermarket cpu cooler. I would buy one anyways, they usually run quieter.

Definitely make sure your PSU is up to your new board(Check the amps especially). I made the mistake with my current system by having an underpowered PSU. I sent 1 board back just to find out that the replacement I got had the same problem. It appears I didn't have enough amps on my psu to even power on the motherboard. So I had to shell out more money just to make it work
