anyone know how to turn on ur computer when it is outside the case, i know you have to short something but cant remember which one

It's the two pins where the power switch for your case connect to the board Just touch them with a flat head screwdriver for a second or two

Just about anything that conducts electricity will do it. All you're doing it simulating the effect of a momentary switch. Touch the two pins for the power switch, don't hit any thing else in the process.

Most high end motherboards today have a power switch directly on the board too.
