Danamics has developed an efficient, reliable and scalable technology base for cooling of high heat flux semiconductors.

im very interested in this one :D

people have tried before, but it gets costly... Some companies have used mercury, Field's metal (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Field%27s_metal) Rose's metal (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rose_metal), Galinstan (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galinstan) and finally Indium or Indalloy alloys (http://www.indium.com/TIM/solutions/liquidmetal.php) but all are pricey and have pros and cons. Heck, one even has lead in it, so that wouldn't be a smart one to use in this day and age of a World going 'green'. I'm sure we will get a sample as I noted in the news post on the front page I know someone that works at Danamics.
