the Rally

Post by skier »

well the local Rally was a couple weeks ago, The New England Forest Rally and i got footage from 3 out of 10 stages, so it was a good day, on one stage, Andrew Comrie-Picard had engine trouble, and couldnt shift, and the guy next to us who was a volunteer was saying " uh oh, uh oh, uh oh, uh oh, uh oh" which sounds really funny on video and it was dissapointing that two out the four people i got signatures from DNF'd(Ken Block and Antoine L'Estage) in the latter stages

the vid, err my vid

So I persuaded the network admin to allow youtube for a bit (all the kids are out of school on trips) so was able to watch it.

All I can think about is that there are some cracking photo opportunities there (and what would happen to the bystanders if the cars lost control!)

you better believe that if i could get closer i would, on the jump(at concord pond SS5) i wanted to be about 30ft after the jump, in the woods on the outside of the corner, woulda got amazing video, but alas, one of the guys running the rally made us leave, to where we ended up, about 200ft after the jump instead, next to Travis Pastrana's crew spectating
