about how long?

Post by DX »

About how long does it typically take for an 8500 working both cores folding before it needs another packet. I have three computers but only 2 network jacks I can get to and a little switch at my desk isn't allowed on the network. So I have to flip the cable around. A pain in the butt however it can't be helped. So I was wondering just how often I have to check on it. Does anyone have an idea?

It doesn't look like it takes long.

You can use FahMon and it will give you an ETA that is pretty accurate. Also displays information about the work unit (name, points, etc) as well as showing your points per day.

Does one of the computers have dual ethernet ports? And if it does you have enough privileges to set up internet connection sharing on the computer? :snakeman:

Well that sucks.

Have any luck with the sneaker-netting the results in?

That would be handy, even on a USB device.
