So who is ahead Team Dan or Team 2? None of the charts have been update in days. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place.

so... who else is smashing their head against their desks because they decided today would be a good time to work server maintenance?

First, all of wickedld9's machines locked up at finished and couldn't get work. I finally got all those back up and going, and now (in 37 minutes) all but my SMP machine will be out of work. *sigh*

Sorry for the lack of updates on mine too, I've been out of town and haven't had access to a computer.

Also updated with the last EOC update above.

I think we can safely call it, congratulations Dan and your team, it was a close race, but it looks like in the end my team could not pull it out. Teams start thinking of how long we want to wait to do OFWTII, and make sure you get your PM to me if you want the prize.

I think we should do another contest in Nov. or Dec. Many new parts are on the way and I think some of us are just waiting. dicecca112 , What a great idea to do this. We are moving up the ranks thanks to everyone that had a part. It's great to see intrest in Legit Reviews Folding Team 38296. I hope that everyone keeps doing what you have been doing and spread the word. Fold on everyone!

P.S. I really liked the smack talk.

yeah, I think 1 per quarter would be a good time frame. I was thinking around October or so would be a good time frame the next one. maybe I can scrape together a few more parts by then. :)

All I gotta say, is that next time, I need to find a way to pick teams. Dan and whoever is doing stats, please post the PPD numbers from EOC, I want to see if the teams were still balance at the end. Also everyone please email me the spreadsheets you have compiled for future reference in wars. It'll let me know what people are capable.

that's the latest of the spreadsheet bwall started and I finished while he was out of town. it includes the 3pm update and I'll go ahead and upate through midnight.

As for an indication of potential for next time... probably not. I was able to get some guys to fold for me that had some issues and I probably won't get them back for next time. Not everyone has access to 24 processors like some people *cough* Darkstar *cough* :finga:

I had alot of fun doing this, and it was a great boost in performance. I would like to see OFWTII later in the year when its cooler. It might be a good thing to do your personal rigs only. Like was mentioned in an earlier post not all of us can add so many extra rigs. I am envious of their folding farms, but I am limited to a apartment size potted garden  . Though it was definitely fun. Bask in your glory for now team dan :axe: because next time its on!!! :finga:

alright everyone, here is the final "official bwall/iceman" Folding War score. i'll let Dan update his and double check the stats, but to my knowledge, everything is accurate.

and with that, I'll be taking the next couple days off myself. I should still be throwing up a few units here and there, but I have some machine parts swapping to get done in the next week or so in preparation for an upcoming LAN party, so my productivity will be off a bit this week. After next weekend, aside from the weekend of the LAN, things should be back to normal.

I have thoroughly enjoyed our little competition, and I'm just glad I put up more points than Darkstar. :P :P Just messing with you DS... it must be tough at the top, and if you keep everything running like it is right now, I'll never know. I'm hoping my "normal" productivity will be in the 17-18k ppd range with 4 GPU and 1 SMP running once things wash out in the next week or so.

I bought 2 video cards for the war, so I spent a little money there. Not to mention that all the local guys that folded for me during the War get wings and beer(S) on me Saturday night.
