The Hacker's Diet

Post by Alathald »

In my quest to get into shape I have ran across a diet called the Hacker's Diet. It's a bit wordy but the real meat and potatoes (so to speak) are the tools this guy has set up such as an online log, an Excel Template for tracking calories and exercise and even a little program for a PDA. Plus the book is a better read than most diet books IMO. After the fun everyone's having over in the hundred pushups thread, I thought I'd share my next step as well.

Enjoy! (or not :P )

OK, I have to come clean, I'm beefing everyone up for chessboxing...jk

While my Diet could use some adjustment, I don't think it is a big problem right now. I will stick with the 100 push ups.

I would love to see a game of ChessBoxing. That looks awesome!

my diet has been the same for around 10 years, even though my metabolism is falling behind. the one change i made that actually made me lose a good 5 or 10 pounds is switching to diet pepsi (yeah, i drink a lot of pepsi)
