Our PPD sucks! Let's kick it in high gear! What is the problem? Let's get in the top 100. There is no reason we can't do this. A folding marathon or not we should always look good. Let's kick it up! Fold on everyone!

I don't want to name names. You know who you are. All of us can do better. I am just trying to kick start our team. If anyone needs help with the new smp client, just say the word and we are here to help.

I'll be back by the end of the week. I'm in the process of building a computer for a client, building a computer for my wife, and reconfiguring all of my computers for best usage (and folding). With the parts I picked up during the process of the last war, I didn't have time to put them where they needed to be, and instead threw them together to get them Folding. While this allowed me to kick ass in the war, things are not as I want them to be. When I'm done, I'll have a machine to be a server/folder, another for daily usage/folder, and another as a gamer/folder. No more having to surf the internet, web design, etc on my gaming machine clogging it up.

After the weekend, I should rebound to around 20k ppd, though I don't expect everyone else to be back at War stat level. most people live in apartments or houses they have to pay to cool down more because the PCs heat them up. I have the benefit of a basement that allows me to keep the area cool for not much extra on the electric bill. For the rest of the summer, production will be down a bit, and once cooler weather starts to set in, more of our folders will be back in action.

Just overnight me a key and I will go down there and get rid of that "junk" that quit working and get something started for you.

I will bring that "junk" here because we recycle in PA and I would hate to see it just thrown out.

Mike

Hope you have a safe trip! (If I could get rid of this friggin motion sickness I might make it overseas sometime.)

Im hoping to get my rig up and running again by this weekend. Also hoping to get that 9600 into a rig by saturday. Im torn between a X2 5000 or a E7200 but im leaning to the 7200. Should be breakin the 10k ppd with those to rigs i believe.

7200 would generate more points in SMP than the X2

Hehe, no idea what I'm doing, just letting the GPU run and do its thing. :?
