Although both products are very good performers so you can't really make a wrong/bad decision here.

I'm using Corsair RAM (2x 512MB XMS 3500 BH5) with the DFI nF3 754 version without any probs, I currently have it running at 245Mhz 1:1 with tight timings 24/7 - I imagine the 939 version would be okay with Corsair too. This is by far the best mobo I've owned to date - I always buy high end/performance oriented gear, and the DFI has the most impressive BIOS I've ever had the pleasure of playing with - I've had it 6-8 months and I'm still trying different possibilities - the memory settings are mind boggling.
You won't regret getting one.
