Proceeds from auction are going to Community Service Programs, Inc. (CSP) is comprised of six model programs assisting over 80,000 persons a year, including abused children, victims of crime, struggling families, acting out adolescents, and people in need of mediation services.

Wow, this is a great idea and hopefully will help out some people that may be less fortunate than we are. Winbond BH-5 IC's rock and these are some of the original ones!
Currently the 512mb kit (2 x 256mb) is going for $90 on their site. Since the money is going to chairty this would be considered a tax write off, so another reason to help the cause.
Here is your chance to get your hands on discontinued Kingston HyperX DDR400 KHX3200 modules while helping those in need. These 2.6V modules were built with coverted Winbond B die, which is no longer manufactured, and have latency timings of 2-2-2-6-1; they provide impressive headroom for system tweaking.
You can't buy these modules anymore, but we're auctioning four 512-MB kits (KHX3200K/512) and one 1-GB (KHX3200K2/1G) kit. One 512-MB kit will be auctioned each week for the first four weeks, and the 1-GB kit will be auctioned the final week.

Little things like this can go a long way in making someones life better. I'm glad to see a company like Kingston jumping in and doing something really worthwhile, i hope other companies follow their lead.
The 3rd kit of BH-5 memory is only $50 right now. I think many people are forgetting about the auction and no one is bidding. If you are in need of 2 x 256mb modules of BH-5 memory then you should put a bid in! Don't forget it's also for chairty and is a tax write off.
ALL my BH-5 and even CH-5 based memory will overclock to 250MHz 2-2-2 and a couple will get up to 275MHz (DDR550) at 2-2-2 on the DFI SLI-D motherboard under extreme voltages. I currently don't own any TCCD's that can go that high right now.
So in a sense the BH/CH 5/6 IC's are still very good choices for the overclocker.
At 3Volts Winbond based modules suffer in most situations. My TCCD will overclock better at 3V than BH/CH based modules.
So, that being said Samsung TCCD are a better choice for applications under 3.0Volts and the new/old winbond based IC's are the best choice for 3.1+ Volts.
