As per your other post, you are going to need a new PSU if you really want to get anything half decent.

It would also help if you gave a pricerange or budget you are looking to spend.

9600 GT would be good, packs a punch but has very low wattage consumption
Intel E8500 @ 4.0GHz
4GB(2 x 2GB) DDR2 800MHz
EVGA 750i SLI FTW
Seagate 7200.11 500GB HD
EVGA GTX 260 55nm
Antec 630 watt PSU
Samsung 22x DVD/+/-RW Burner
Antec p182 Case

What does the sticker on the side of your power supply say? Looking specifically for 12v1 (maybe 12v2) and something amps.

Is it possible for you to post a picture of it?

You might be able to get away with the 9600GT, it uses about 60W at load (compared to your current 3450 ~30w at load).

I don't want to recommend one way or the other without knowing for sure, but the 350w listed there should be able to cope with a 9600GT.
