i'll stick with my 12oz curls thru the winter. usally start my get ready for summer workouts the first week of March. Although the lbs have been going on faster and comming off slower the last few years.

Image Man... Actually. Eating 100 of these push-ups in one sitting, is pretty impressive.
I'd be more likely to pull that off than doing 100 of those "other" push-ups.

TBH "press" makes more sense than "push" for these :P

i used to be able to do 400 :finga: , had to be able to do 80 in 2 mins when i was accepted into royal marine commando's, i can only just hit 100 with alot of effort now and its only been 3 years since then! mind you i've been hit by 3 cars since then! :partyman:

has anyone kept up with this? i have been doing them everynight and now i just tried i can do 3 pushups when im in the hand stand position, (whole body weight) but then again i weigh only 68kg's

Before my elbow was worked on, my warm up was 3 sets of 100 pushups.

Now, I can do 3 sets of 35, 30 and 28. I need to get back into shape. I miss it so much, but Turf Toe kept me out of working out for 8 weeks. :(
