cheap portable external hard drive for no more than £45

I am looking for an external hard drive, 2.5" not 3.5"
It must be FAT32 not NTFS and it must be a brand name such as western digital/seagate etc.
Does anyone know the cheapest place i can get one of these from, but it must be FAT32

you can get any external harddrive you want and then just format it to fat32
