problem with ATI x1550 512ram PCI-e

I have ATI X1550 with 512RAM, PCI-e slot. I have an issue with the dust in it's cooler (fan). I managed to clean most of the dust from the surface of fan, but when I take the fan off the carrier there is no any kind of screw in order to detach propeller (there is a lot of dust in it) from the electromotor.
has anyone had similar problem, if yes how can I resolve this?

i've never cleaned a fan THAT well, just clean the fins off, and if there's some dust in the motor or thereabouts, just blow on it , if it comes out, great, if it doesn't, then that's fine too, it wouldn't affect it much if at all

is there a particular reason that you need to clean it out a lot?(heat? sound? just because?)
because if it all of a sudden gets scarily loud(and obnoxious) and it hasn't done this before, then the fan is just borderline dead,
and if heat's the problem, a little dust won't matter much, what are the temperatures if heat IS the problem,
and thirdly, is it just because you want to and there's no specific reason other than to know its REALLY clean, really don't worry about it

sound is main problem, and before I managed to clean the dust with the little needle and it has worked well, the fan was really quiet for a week or two, but now, dude, when I clean the fan, the sound is even louder than before, and periodically it became quiet but after a minute or two it becomes a loud, and that strange thing repeat itself all day.

it sounds like the fan is about dead, that is usually the sign, yeah the fan still spins & all, but when it goes really loud, and fades in and out fast, that is how I tell that a fan is dead.

any backup here people...

yeah I've had that problem with a Dell before, the rear exhaust was acting up and I was going to replace it but I started messing around and stuck a HD magnet on it and haven't had any issues since...I should probably still replace it though.

That pulsating is probably the bearings going.
