Port 46991 TCP & UDP

Anyone know what the significance of this port is?

My firewall gets hit on this port dozens of times every single day.
Sometimes even hundreds of times in a day.
It's at it's worst when my son is here and is playing FLYFF.
But the game doesn't use this port.

I've searched and can't find any information on what uses this port number.
I'm at a loss.

Its an unassigned port number

probably being used attempt access, here is all i saw on it;

just run a port scan and make sure its closed.
